As @Fly Dawg said, if you are asking for help then you need to post far more information - specifically the Litchi mission and the flight log.

That sounds like an obstacle avoidance issue.
Was the Phantom flying towards the sun when it wanted to climb (to avoid an obstacle - the sun).
