Drone flying in Torrey Pines / La Jolla, CA?

Hi there, I’m currently traveling to San Diego for a weekend stay at Torrey Pines golf course. After seeing some pics I knew I needed to bring my P4P. While doing some research I saw that drones are banned from the Torrey Pines Nature Reserve, but I see tons of people posting drone shots of the golf course and coastline. Obv that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s allowed... Does anyone know or have experience flying drones in La Jolla or Torrey Pines?
