Does the Zenmuse H3-3D gimbal work with the DJI Matrice 100?

Hmm. My M100 has X3 camera gimble. What is the interface on the H3-3D?

It says on DJI's forums that they are not perfectly compatible because the protocols on the H3 are different from the X3. The H3 uses a CAN link while the X3 uses a USB link.
