Hi Everyone:
I'm fairly new at flying in a populated area. Question, where do you find the telephone number and/or contact protocol for contacting an airport control tower? I want to fly about 2.5 miles from an airport but no higher than about 80 feet. The Airmap app shows a ceiling of 100 feet in this area and I would be flying well under this ceiling. But I can't find the contact information of the tower so I can advise them or get authorization. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks,
HLS

Hello,
It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Phantom Pilots forum.
I hope that you will be able to use the forum to further your safety knowledge and for the exchange of innovative ideas and as a resource for current developments in DJI quadcopters.

Airmap will show them. I use the app (like @ryantrax has pictured above) and the website - AirMap Web App
If it has no tower or contact you are good to go but be safe and cautious.
