Compass error in mid flight ?

While flying today in my usuall spot at 200 ft after 5 mins of flyin I got compass error. , it still handled ok no fly away , but never happen before ? The warming came on and I flue away from where it was and it seemed to go away after 10 secs , should I be worried or is it because of update to ipad ?
