Cold weather battery flight time ?How long flight ?

Hi i live in North Dakota and today i fly my vision 2 with RPG gimbal,original vision 2 camera,rf-v16 tracker,update motors and props version 3 ,extended foam on legs for camera to dont touch ground ,all weight 1428 grams and i have flight time 13 minutes with 6 mount old battery and i try new battery is 13 minutes also ? temperature was 40 degrees Fahrenheit,
Tell me your flight time please ?

Personally I have flown in -25 to -30°C, (around -13° to -25° Farenheit) and had no issues whatsoever, did not seem to affect flight time all that much. I was getting around 15 minutes on a stock P2 non vision.

Your battery needs to power your phantom and the RPG system.
In my opinion your fly time is ok...

My P2v+ weighs 1425 grams, I'm also getting around 13 minuets flight time. Temp is around 7-13 degrees C here in the UK at the moment. I'm looking at ways of reducing weight.
