Looks like some unsavory types are weaponizing off the shelf hobby type drones.

Who saw the drone in flight (any video evidence? and how did they determine it was a Russian grenade this time?

I am assuming that they are blaming the actual Russians for the attack.

Amazing that there wasn't more damage and people killed.
