cheap hack - solution - areal shot w gimbal and GoPro?

when visiting nature - I just want to get a shot from the air video shot

perhaps we can cook up a solution with some small, light solution?
or there is some IndieGoGo or Kickstarter project that did it?

perhaps a DYI ... that is how I like to get it done ... so I know about all the in's and outs ...

I guess I would need a simple drone and a gimbal
