If you are referring as a prevention mechanism in order to avoid hitting a building. I will ask you why you need to pass above such massive structure in the first place? The bottom line here is that no matter the circumstances... A hobbyest pilot can't go beyond 120 meters, if you do you are in violation of the FAA rules.I guess I would have to ask you where it shows that under no circumstances can a hobbyist pilot fly above 120m to prove what I am assuming is your point.
