cant get gimbal to move

I have the h3-d3 gimbal and it will hold gopro steady buy wont let me use the gimbal stick to move it up/down when in start up the left stick will move it left and right. also gimbal starts up fine and angles at a 45degree when I turn on the transmitter gimbal goes to 90 degree

I fixed it found the setting on the phantom assistant when I did up date it changed the controller over to the wheel style so had to go back to basic and do a calibration on it
