I have sent 4 emails to email@example.com to cancel my order because I found a local dealer that had them in stock. I was told that you should receive an email within 24 hours. I have also sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, but only received a confirmation email. I also sent an email to email@example.com. This lack of communication has me scared that when I need help, it will not be there. I tried calling the LA office, and couldn't get anyone. Does anyone out there know how to get through to these guys?
