Camera Menu Missing (changing FPS)

I have the DJI Go 4.0 app and am using the Phantom 4. I can't seem to find the menu button that should be on the home screen to change FPS among other things. Screen shot below as to what mine looks like.

I have the DJI Go 4.0 app and am using the Phantom 4. I can't seem to find the menu button that should be on the home screen to change FPS among other things. Screen shot below as to what mine looks like.

Click the icon under the red shutter button

Before clicking the menu button below the shutter, make sure you click the toggle button above the shutter button to switch to video mode. You won't see the video settings in the menu when that toggle button is set to photo mode.
