Building confidence with range

Not having an enormous amount of spare cash I like to look after my stuff so long distance flying has always scared me a bit.

Being near Lincoln last week I thought it wise to take the phantom as Lincoln is so flat.

I went out to 1.1km which on the scale of you hard core flyers is nothing but it was very cool for me. Full signal, not a bar dropped. Next time 2km.

Interesting you say that.
I went out about 1100 feet today and felt like I made you a big hurdle. I think distance trying to using the screen is imperative and building conference. Can’t wait to fly more
