    LakeUInionDrone.jpg.jpg Another member posted this photo on a Q500 FB forum. His son sent him the pic of an Inspire caught on a high wire above the house boats on Lake Union in downtown Seattle.
    That was an expensive "oops."

    Ouch. I feel for the owner. I wonder if they tried retracting and unretracting the gear etc to try to dislodge it. I got my bird caught on a branch once, and revving and unrevving the motors, eventually broke it free. Amazingly, despite one prop having an inch broken off each tip on the blades, it regained level flight before it crashed to the ground once it did break free. Probably fell about 4-6 feet before it had stabilised itself. These things are pretty impressive bits of machinery at times.
