Has anyone tried to set up a small ADS-B station with a Raspberry Pi to monitor ADS-B for other local aircraft? There's a mobile app called RealADSB that seems to use such a system and looks like it could help monitor for low-flying aircraft (e.g. sprayers).

Just curious how others deal with the potential of other aircraft when doing Ag mapping.

I doubt the crop dusters will be flying something with ADB-S. I would suggest you light up your AC with some strobes visible in daylight. I have tested the CREE strobes out to 1000 feet.
But your eyes and ears are the best detectors in this environment. Also a spotter with a radio would help.

I saw one site that mentioned it. I think within a year or two it will be built in. Maybe the Phantom 9 or 10 given how fast DJI cycles releases. :)
