Not sure Rockydog. Mine happens to be an iPad Pro 9.7, and that's another problem. Apple actually pulled that version of iOS on the iPad Pro 9.7 because it was bricking some of them. So my iPad in particular is in a state of "limbo" where it has downloaded iOS 9.3.2 but is unable to install...

Are you running the same setup (P4 and iPad)? Not sure that it makes any difference, just trying to rule things in or out. Not sure what else to do other than call. In my case, I can definitely reproduce and alleviate the issue repeatedly by switching from the newly updated iPad to the phone...
