It was still under warranty, but I've misplaced the receipt and DJI will not accept my Credit Card Statement as proof of purchase.

I took it through to the shop I bought it from - which acts as repair centre too - and he had a look at it. We tried a Module on it like the one you linked to me and still it would not communicate with the app either. We tried another RC which worked perfectly...

Yes, log in with DJI account (me part) but this makes no difference. I've just logged into it again and tried. Just tells me how to connect to app, I do the steps, but does not change to enter camera. I can get into with my OSMO on my phone DJ I Go app but not the P3P :(

Yes I tried two different USB cables with the Samsung Android Tablet and the new cable with the iPad Mini 2. I removed the app on the Android tablet too - even hard reset the whole thing - and reinstalled it and still nothing. I've toggled the Debugging mode...
