i tried but they would not acknowledge the problem. it was extremely frustrating dealing with them so i gave up. they made me jump thru hoops and then still offered no explanation or help with the issue. good luck.

I was using a P3 pro. Now I bought the P4. When I look in the DJI Go app for the videos that I shot (the lower res proxy files) I only see the ones from the P3. None are showing up for P4. Anyone else see this same issue? The files are on the SD card. Just not in the app. Thanks.
