    J Dot, Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately when I sent the RC back for replacement or service, it had the Range Extender attached to it.... :( But at least I know for future reference!

    I recently purchased a Phantom 2 Vision+ craft. My first trial run went pretty well, however, at one point in the video, the quality became a little unstable.     RC Assistant won't react to the RC?

    I was watching a video on how to calibrate the RC using the RC Assistant. I've plugged in the USB port to the RC and my computer but the joysticks won't move in the Software. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks, Blake
