Ever since the firmware update. My phantom 4 will not go above 120 meters. I tried to change in settings but it only has #1-6 with no back space to change anything

I had the same problem. Dji checked it out with the tool of the path it took. They can look at log.They covered it under warranty but I've sent back twice as their repair has not been good.im waiting for 2 more days before they send it back 2 me again.

Weird, I got a replacement from dji and it came with instructions on how to connect drone to controller, problem is that it says I have to update and gives me a link. The link is for phantom 3 not 4 and will not allow me to use the new app. I think they installed a 3 not 4 in my drone ...
