That I do not know, it just seems really unfair to get a unit back with possibly a lot more hours on it, you send in a drone with low hours and maybe get one back with a lot more hours. In the end really it only matters if you are satisfied with the outcome. I know how I would feel! Good luck
I would also wonder how many fly flying hours on the returned unit vs the one you sent them. Say you send them yours with lets say 25 flying hrs on it and you get one with much more flying hours on it. I would be pissed!
If you do nothing wrong then there is nothing to hide. The burden of proof lies on the accuser. If they want to go further then get the flight logs of the drone.
