Checked for updates every way I can find. Uninstalled and reinstalled app on 1 device. DJI has responded and I sent them some more info, waiting to hear back.
Hey All! I've got authorization (through the DJI FlySafe site) for a blue zone, but when I go to sync it in the app I get "Request failed. Please contact DJI Support. (Error code:-12006)" I've checked logins, reinstalled app, etc. but feel like I'm missing something stupid simple. :)
