Thanks for the idea. However, for now, I just have an iPhone as my "tablet". It sounds like I would need a nvidia shield for your idea to work.

Here's another one for you guys. I have two Fatshark Dominator V3 googles and would like to split the signal from my Phantom 4 HDMI output module. Is this doable? If so, could I get away with a passive (no power) splitter.

I have found the same behavior but only if my fail safe altitude is set really high. Lower your RTH altitude and I'll bet this settles things down.

Among my five batteries, I get major deviations on 18 out of 32 charges.

Just so I am clear on this, am I correct that you only need to register your Phantom 3 with the FAA if you intend to use if for commercial purposes. If you only intent to fly it as a hobby you do not need to register it. Thanks!

I had the exact same thing last night. Once I unplugged my USB cable and plugged it back in the aircraft needs to be updated message went away.

Thanks for the kind comments! Danville is about 10 miles away (17 miles driving by car) from this site. This quarry is called Hanson Aggregates Mid-Pacific where they crush stones into gravel. I never realized they had water at the bottom of the quarry until I flew my Phantom 3 over the site.
