Really loving my new Phantom 3. After three weeks, I took the training wheels off and sent it towards the mountain behind my house.

    Welcome to the forum!
Cool video. Love the scenery. Thought it was funny when your pooch came out, completely oblivious to the whole thing.. LOL Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the kind comments! Danville is about 10 miles away (17 miles driving by car) from this site. This quarry is called Hanson Aggregates Mid-Pacific where they crush stones into gravel. I never realized they had water at the bottom of the quarry until I flew my Phantom 3 over the site.

Mt Diablo is 10 miles from the Delta - which feeds directly into San Francisco Bay.
