This is completely off the subject But I just returned from my Island property in Northwest Ontario yesterday and flew my P4 out over open water a good ways for the first time since owning it...Neat view of my place, But I was a nervous wreck every time ! :) Rick

That is just the weight I tie the string to....A brass pipe fitting, The yellow tape is so it shows up. Rick

Well add me to the P4 stress crack club also, 30 some easy flights but this last weekend a couple of them were full stick balls out sport mode for roughly a mile and a half both ways and Poof.....Crack...So i`d have to go with the thought of aggressive posture contributed to it Rick

Mental note to self, And possibly others : Do NOT carry your SD card`s in your pocket where they can be dropped in a gravel driveway and driven over with your 7+ thousand pound diesel truck. And remember to get all the info off of them every time you fly ! Yea I screwed up good. The only one...

Jim Thanks, That was over the top of the trees on both ends, Feed point wound up at 65 feet, The wind got it a couple of weeks ago and its been at less than 20 feet since then, Really hurt my close in stuff (2-500 mile area) back to normal now :) That is a home brew off center fed for 75, I...

Sometimes all you can do is laugh at yourself. Once and a while i`ll just grab the cheapie wally world special Skyviper and toss it in the air instead of the Big Bird (P4) because it is quicker, Well yesterday, as i`ve done alot of times before, Throw the stick forward and up she goes.... But...
