I do not use mechanical shutter in P4P at all because at certain exposure times it makes the gimbal shake. And because CCD is not real progressive scan there will a time difference between first and last row exposured, mechanical shutter does not help at this.

I do not think that this was because of anti collision sensors, I was not able start motors or tilt gimbal with controller, nothing with controller worked, everything worked with tablet.

Last weekend I had a situation when P4P V2 did not react to RC at all. I was not able to get it started with RC. With tablet I was able to get it in air but it did not react to controller at all. Place was a really crowded hall with no gps, low lighting (no solid VPS) and zillion smart phones...

I did receive it back from service. DJI did not repair it, instead i got a new drone. Tested it today no GPS problems with first flights.

DJI did arrange a UPS to pick it up. After diagnosis they will provide a free repair and ship it back in 2 or 3 days.

For FC .DAT file it says here that the file is too large. But here is a screen shot: Satellite number stays good but GPS level drops suddenly from 5 (very strong) to 0. And as suddenly it rises back to 5 again. I think I need to contact DJI

Hello P4P pilots, Yesterday I was doing documentation of a construction site with P4P+. I did use 4 batteries. Last flight was without problems but others were quite bad. Weather was windy and temperature was little bit below freezing point. P4P did lost GPS several times during each 3 flights...

JFattizzi, what firmware versions you are using? I have precision landing on but do not see indicator of that. Verical take off to 7 meters or more? have to test that again.

I think precision landing uses VPS cameras looking downwards. It records image at take off and uses this for positioning in landing. My P4p seems to have problems in this. Chesapeake, you can generate a waypoint mission from GO app. I do not know if it possible to tap a point on a map and make...

For me it has been off much more with P4P, like 2 meters. Do you have any advices to make it land more accurate? And typically it says that landing area is not safe. But there has not been any objects within 10 meters.
