I just tried the tri blades tonight and found the Phantom to be real squirrel y in a hoverand unpredictable and I did balance them. Just to make sure that the Phantom was in good shape I went back to stock blades and things calmed back down. Are you changing any of the settings. Thanks

Yes with a different radio I would suspect that you will get a much better range. Don't forget that the range by line of sight is much more than ground level with the signal trying to go through a bunch of objects. You will be able to fly it way out of sight. I just installed a Aurora 9 in mine...

How long would one consider normal for the blinking yellow warm up light to take. The Phantom is room tempature but is is only 40f out side. Also I have been getting 2 yellow blinking lights during flight yet all seams fine.

Sorry: You are right as they come with Deans T's. Just a creature of habit I guess as I change all my batterys to Deans.

Guy's Please check out the batterys at MotionRC. They work great in my Phantom, they are fresh, and very reasonable and ready to ship. They mainly are only into planes but there batterys are great.
