Thank you. I was far enough away from any structures when I tried to calibrate the compass. I finally got another dji tech support person on chat and he said to send the unit in for repair, which I have done. It looks like a problem with compass 1 working.

Phantom 4 pro plus help: I get an error message in the upper left, "Compass Error. Move aircraft or calibrate compass" on my monitor. When I go to compass calibration, compass 1 reads "disconnected" and compass 2 read out is excellent. I go thru the compass calibration and a pop up says compass...

Even on a calm day I keep getting a warning: Breaking Point return sticks to midpoint. When this happens the aircraft stops flying. Sometimes the only way to get the aircraft to fly is to push the RTH button.

Thanks for the input. I did go on the DJI website and chat with them. They suggested downloading a firmware update and installing it on the RC, which I did. Problem solve for now. Just did my first flight yesterday with no problems. However, I have not tried the intelligent flight modes yet.

I'm having the same problem setting up my new PP4+ The message, "unfortunately, DJI GO 4 has stopped" I followed the video on this post and the message still pops up. Any other suggestions? Total frustration here!
