If your using the P3 for survey mapping the Garmin is not accurate enough. Pix4D software will stitch the photos together, the survey grade accuracy will come from ground targets.

That's a standard type price for surveying and mapping equipment. Add RTK GPS receiver and software and you're at $34000. Then people wonder why the fee to have your property surveyed is so high.

If you are having troubles unzipping the file you may want to reconsider installing software that will modify your controller

You've got bigger problems than third party software. I'd figure that out before flying with any software.
