I thought I saw DJI mention that the 4 has a range of up to 3 miles. But on a review, it listed it as losing transmission in less than 1 mile. Looking at the 4 pretty strong, but 1 mile on the water is like 50ft on land.

It already has a 3.1 mile range (did I read that right?). Souping it up will give you the ability to fly it to the moon.

Any chance you could post the link to the one you're using? Thanks in advance.

New guy here.. I haven't updated it in weeks in fear of the description implying something about NFZ's. But I just reread the description on the update and the NFZ mention is gone. Just says something about Zenmuse, Chinese New Year and something about tilt with playback features. I fly...

I haven't updated in a while in fear that I won't be able to fly it in certain areas. Will this update keep me from even flying it in my backyard, close to the ground? I do live within about 2 miles of an airport...but I always keep it real low.

I thought about trying this numerous times, I'm looking forward to the responses.

Reading this blows my mind. Can you please explain what Birdside and DBS modifications are? I'm not too new, relatively experienced...I just haven't done my homework on upgrades. Thanks guys!
