Answering both here. I am under 1.5.7, which is not the latest fw. Maybe they realized it was their issue; if it was Dji fw,why it fails on vr mode but not in normal FPV? I don't really see why it doesn't have to work.... the only other reason is that their is something else (not battery) that...

It did a RTH having enough battery so they only reason I can think of doing a RTH must be signal loss (and it was quite far away from me when it did it).

Nope, no low battery level yet for sure... :-? Maybe they just improved that on Litchi and didn't report?

Yep, I read Litch is able to go into VR mode so I will probably try with it

Hi I'm thinking in buying some "cheap" VR glasses (I read about Blitzwolf at amazon for less than 30€) and try FPV with Litchi and an iPhone 6 or a LG G2 (it's a 5.2" screen). Is it worth the experience? It is quite a cheap setup so I think it's worth the "investment".

Andi, from my experience it didn't affect on 1.6.8. I just tried the mod on 1.5.7 (with 24db) and it improved significantly: reached a bit more than 500mts distance with almost 300m height. Still far from what I figured as US reach but quite better. Any tip on how to reach max distance? What is...

Andi Hak, I understand you mean 1.6.8... if so, I was on 1.6.8 this morning before the mod I got 94m alt and 190 distance, and after the mod, in the exact same place but 30 min later, I got more or less the same, so now i'm rolling back to 1.5.7 and will do the mod again but at 24dbi.
