Make shure your gimbal is balanced (with the gopro) and level and moves freely before you plug the battery in. If it doesnt work, do like the guy above said.
If you still have the problem, try switching the wires to the motors on the circuit board.
If that doesnt work, try doing a calibration...
There is something wrong with the charger or the battery, if you are sure you connected the battery correctly. The charger flashes green if the battery is not connected. When it is almost fully charged it alternates red and green.
I have the same gimbal, and it was a little of like yours. I had to correct it in the software. I think the software is called simpleBGC GUI v2.2 b2
I made shure the gimbal was level, and did a calibration in the software.
No, it is connected to the phantoms auxiliary power.
OK. The gimbal is spliced directly to the aux wires. However the balance plug connector on the FPV had a power surge protection. If I connect it to the aux, I will lose that protection. But maybe it is redundant..?
Is there any way to get a low voltage warning with one of these http://tinyurl.com/qec38vc when I use the balance plug for FPV and the aux-power for gimbal? BTW, is there any way to use the phantom built in speaker as an low voltage alarm?
Re: Phantom blinking red led after takeoff (ok on the ground
Is it possible your low voltage warning is set to high. So even with a fully charged battery, it goes in to low voltage warning 2.
Hi, I just got an gimbal from e-bay. Probably a goodluckbuy type. When I use it without connecting the tilt to the NAZA, It seems to work just fine. But when I connect the tilt, it seems to overcompensate on the tilt axis. I have calebrated the tilt with the NAZA software. Is there any solution...
