I've been using Pix4D Capture to help map race tracks. But I'm intrigued by DJI's GS Pro. Has anyone used both? I'd love to hear real experiences & opinions.
I'll jump in. I'm using my P4 and Pix4D to do 3D mapping of race tracks. Pix4DCapture is the app I use. The Android version is more advanced than the iOS version (e.g. it allows you to set up multi-flight missions into a single plan). Then I use Pix4DMapper to crunch the 3D model.
I also use iOS and Android... and I have never seen that behavior. Yes, when signing it for the first time, it asks for me to log in. But my account works across platforms (and the web site). Are you sure you're connected to wifi or cellular?

I can't say for sure if you have to have the latest firmware for this to work but I know that I do have it installed in my P4. That said, I have been playing with this mission off and on for a few weeks so it probably does pre-date the latest firmware release. But I'm not 100% sure...
