I think all he needs is the ASCII text with all of the EXIF info on the camera? Not sure. I thought there was code that could pull that information right from the photos but apparently for a web page you have to put the info in yourself. I know there are web sources that have an app or something...
Is there anywhere on the internet that would have EXIF Data for all of the cameras that DJI uses on their aircraft? Actually, if there's a website that carries many different EXIF Data for all drones that would be nice too.
I ask because the writer of photography forum software I frequent is...
If it hit the tower and fell possibly injuring someone then security may have it in their possession waiting on the owner to come asking about it. In which case you should probably step forward and do all you can to fix the situation.
So I was up in West Point a couple weeks ago and took the P4P over the lake to get some photos and video. I got some petty decent video but when I looked at the pictures some of them had this weird pattern in the water. Now in the video you can see it too but the pattern doesn't move like you'd...
I'm sure the flight log is going to show that it was all manually controlled. I think my tablet may have been experiencing some kind of overload and wasn't reacting to the drone in a timely fashion. My goal was to get it up to 400 ft, point the camera down slightly, and get some nice aerial...
Just curious, at 10.9.4s the drone was traveling at a pretty brisk speed and then all of a sudden you almost stopped it. Then at 10m 15s you completely stopped it for a few seconds. Why?
An interesting and scary thing happened with Litchi the other day...
I used it just to fly my P4P and noticed that it started lagging whenever I took pictures and video. I pressed the record button on the screen and it wasn't responding so I tapped it a few more times to see if I could get it...
I only hand catch when I don't use the Return to Home feature and am in tall grass. I ran the battery down purposely to see how quickly it ran down (about 24 minutes total flight time) and didn't have enough battery to return home. Just enough to drop it down to where I can reach it with my...
Well if I'm not in totality it shouldn't get completely dark. Just dark enough to have to change my camera settings but I think I can do that while recording video.
I've also heard that since the lens has such a wide angel you wouldn't need a filter anyway. If it was a zoom lens then yes, you would need a high grade UV filter.
I'm planning on doing the same thing. I think lots of trees or anything making a shadow on the ground would make interesting video.
I finally got my P4P to fly with Litchi today but it wasn't perfect. I had the waypoints pointed to one object and the video I got was all over the place. It pointed at the ground, the object, straight ahead and I had all the waypoints pointed at my one and only object. It did manage to fly back...
I have it on my phone and have the P4P. I am pretty sure it's on my tablet as well. I did notice a couple new things on there. And it does seem to still be working wine with my P4P.
OK. I'll try that tomorrow or maybe later tonight. I've put it all away for the evening. Although I am looking at the apps now, I doubt I can do anything without the tablet being physically connected to the P4P.
I know they were working but it looks like the firmware update reset everything. I had the Return Home altitude set to 30m on the DJI Go App. I didn't have a distance limit set though. Don't remember seeing it before I updated it. Is this a new feature?
I finally have some time today to play with Litchi a bit. I have it partially setup, it's connected to the camera on the P4P. I'm unable to lock the Go Home Altitude to 120 ft. It keeps reverting to 98 ft which is too low for the area I'm trying to fly in. Lots of trees...
Also, none of my...
