I tried several cables. I have a brand new Sony Xperia with Android 7 and tried to reinstall the app already.

Hi, I just got my first Phantom 4. It was used so the linking was done (green light). When I plug the remote into my phone it says Disconnected. When I press Linking RC it shows a "Confirm Frequency Settings?" pop-up where I can press ok, but nothing happens. Can anyone tell where the fault is?
