Thank you very much msinger, definitely looks like operator error. I would have sworn I went strait down on both controls but I was wrong. I will order the CSC Safety device from Mike and be a little more careful. Good to know where I made the mistake. Any other ideas or suggestions?

Well, This is the info I just received from DGI. They are aware of this issue with the P3P and are working on it. He had no timeframe. He was a little vague when I asked if these IOC features are definitely coming back. Not sure what to make of that.
