I went back and forth with a few people. The last email I got, where they said they would cover the cost of the repair, is below. Also this is part of the last email I sent to them showing how many people are having this issue.

You released and forced a faulty update...
I just had my P2+ returned from DJI. Had the exact issue. Stored for about 6-8 months. Took it out to fly and NO FPV. Telemetry worked fine. Flies fine. Just no feed. Of course it is out of warranty.
I argued on the phone 2 -3 times with DJI. They asked me to send it in which I did. A week...

We need you in NY bad. I just emailed the Ins commision from the link you provided. Please keep us up to date on New York. Also do you have an email newsletter that I can join for updates on what you provide?
I know it's been discussed here and elsewhere. P2V+ was working awesome. Put in closet for a few months. Took it out the other day and bamm.....no image on phone. Tried numerous allowed devices. Have all the functions of the app....GPS, can take vid/pics, fly no problem but no FPV.

Lurked here for some time. Great info by all. Thanks. Looking forward to getting involved a bit. Now off to Phantom 2 Forum to search some more why my Vision+ can't get a picture anymore. Know it's a known issue.
