Phantom 1 not connecting to PC?

Hi All,

I am trying to use the NAZA and Zenmuse software to update the gimble position on my Phantom 1. However, after installing the required software and drivers, there is no green light. My drone isn't being picked up by the software. I tried two different PCs, I've forced my drivers to identify the DJI port, and also tried different data transfer cables. Has anyone troubleshot around this issue?

I have not but I'd Uninstaller and reinstall the software
 
Are you running Windows 10? I have had the same problem and have read that you may need to find a PC that is operating Windows 7 for this to work.
 
Ok, I figured mine out, I had to go into my c drive where the drivers were installed and manually installed them from that file folder, I also changed the date on my PC back to 2014, I'm not sure if that helped. I then rebooted the PC and changed the PC date back to the current date and it connected to the drone. This was on Windows 10. Good luck.
