Zenmuse Phantom2 edition twitch problem

I have two Zenmuse H3-2D Phantom 2 Edition and both of them will twitch during flight from time to time, its only for a second but it can destroy your footage. What is the reason for this? I send one of them to the DJI service but they cant find any malfunction. When i hold the phantom2 with my hand and tilt it around i can even hear the problem, when the gimbal twitches the whole phantom shakes for a second. Also both gimbals make silent noises, like when you open an old rusty door.
