Zenmuse looking down at startup and no comntrol

Hello i just mounted HD 3D on my phantom , when i started it it was looking down instead of horizontal,and i can t move it with the remote control what can it be?

OK I fixed the lever was not touching the screw inside the remote control so i added something to lift the whole electric board and now works as a charm, hope this can be useful for someone.
