zenmuse kicking after crash

You must have the gopro hooked up . Your not supposed to put power to the gimbal without the gopro you might have a bad gimbal now .
GL!

I don't think necessarily that running your gimbal without the GP attached will ruin your gimbal, but you really shouldn't do that. Try it with your GP mounted. If it still behaves the same way, then send it back to DJI. The one thing you have to remember with the gimbal is that is very delicate. Works great as along as it doesn't experience any impact, but even a light crash is enough to ruin your gimbal.

FWIW, I've destroyed 2 H3-2D's. Once, I lost orientation and flew into a wall. Gimbal was bent so I had to shell out another $80 bucks for the mount. I then subsequently got that one to catch fire. User error on both.

Definitely send it to DJI...........I would go with the one in Los Angeles. Send them an e-mail first explaining what happened, they will send you a RMA# and then you can mail it to them. Expect a 2-3 week turnaround. Good Luck!
