Maybe a stupid question but my Zenmuse hangs to the right when not powered. It works okay when it is powered up but to me if it was balanced correctly it should hang level?. If I tilt it by hand so the side motor touches the table and let go it rotates around until the Gopro touches the table. Is this normal?

    Cheers

I've read on here that it's supposed to be level but I've had 2 gimbals and both of them are floppy until they get power. Not just to one side, but it'll just flop in whatever direction gravity takes it. Once powered it levels itself and is tilted to wherever the controller is set.

I'd like it to be stationary when not powered but it doesn't do that.

It may be that the power is not at the motor's when off and in relax mode, then when on power is to the motor's ,just like us when in relaxed and up right when in working mode????

Just had another thought, when we are relaxed you hang to one side and when powered up we are straight.
