Hi all
I just purchased a new Zenmuse H4-3d gimbal for use with my P2V+, the leaflet inside recommends buying a new set of legs that is 7mm taller, do I really need these as it might compromise the phantom fitting in the case I have for it?

Yes. P2 extension legs are necessary

i added these, which are clip on. I do use zipties to keep them in place, but they can be cut off easily and reinstalled after storage/transportation in a case...

I am still looking for a better solution, althought this one is working for now.

got them at shapeways...

Or do this. Pvc water pipe. They just snap on and off.

Your P2V+ already has longer legs than the P2 that comes with the H4. I installed the P2V+ legs on my P2 and I am happy with it. It might be 7mm, I measured about 3/8".
