I have 3-4 successful flights and on the most recent I flew it towards me close and it appears the gimbal was really shaking. Hard to explain it...it was really shaking but the movements were small.

The video was decent.

I am not sure if this is normal.

One thought. I mounted the avl58 with Velcro and there is a lot of play even though it won't fall off. Maybe it is wiggling and the quad is fighting that.

Not sure.

So the next time you fly and just hover. Is your gimbal really moving or does it appear to be steady?

I most likely will recall rate everything later today.

Your gimbal should not vibrate wickedly or otherwise. IMU based adjustments are causing the gimbal and Phantom to reverberate off of each other. If your gimbal is mounted properly with the stock mounts and you are using the stock gains, this should not happen. Make sure nothing else can contribute to reverberation.
