After about a month, this is what your FAA aircraft registration will look like. A necessary step if you pursue a 333 exemption.
PS- I am waiting on my 333, expect it in late September

You can redact all you want, the aircraft registration data is public information. It took me less than five minutes to find it.
What did they accept for the Bill of Sale or other proof of ownership?

I see where your petition for exemption went into the public comment period on August 14, and the FAA typically receives comments for a rule exemption for 20-days, so look for your letter the week of September 14.

I look forward to seeing you on the 333 exemption list.

HE HE, You are such as smart ***, Steve. I know what public information is, law enforcement was my business for 32 years! No need to make it easier. Did you notice I miss the N number under the postage?
I thought I answered the invoice question in an earlier post. I simply sent them the emailed invoice from the seller, TCI in Tempe, AZ. Did u get your 333 yet?

A little "comic" food for thought on Phantom UAV's with FAA N numbers.........

Since you have an "N" number, can you contact the tower and enter the traffic pattern and request touch and goes or a full stop? :)

Do you now have to notify the FAA in case of a drone accident? :)

Since this is a "production" aircraft, how will you fit the required 12" registration numbers on the Phantom? :)

Can you file an IFR flight plan? :)

How about flight following? :)

and last but not least.......

If you should inadvertently fly into protected airspace, how will the F16's manage to fly slow enough to escort you to the nearest facility for interrogation ? :)

lol

Failed attempt at humor. Read the exemption rules, the numbers are only required to be as large as practical. The rest of your questions are as stupid as they are ignorant.Don't waste my time with this nonsense. I'm trying to help others..

****, hoss! I thought it was funny. I was cracking up lol! Anyway, congrats on the N number. I have the paperwork being mailed out this week to me. Just getting started on my 333 journey.

I don't mind funny, but I do hate misinformation. 12" numbers? that's just dumb. From 333 exemption document:

"22. All aircraft operated in accordance with this exemption must be identified by serial number, registered in accordance with 14 CFR part 47, and have identification (N−Number) markings in accordance with 14 CFR part 45, Subpart C. Markings must be as large as practicable."

Actually in the upper right corner of the document it does say that that certificate has to go inside the aircraft.
