When i'm flying (H3-3D) and i want to Yaw around a subject, The Yaw speed fluctuates even though I am giving a very slight Yaw input on the stick. I can't seem to get it to do a smooth slow Yaw.

I've seen this as well. I think it is most likely related to the H3-3D. And I think it's related to your other post on the H3-3D yaw issues and gains: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=14325
There's un-commanded yaw and yaw gain oddities with the H3-3D. I think we should dedicate one thread to it, see who else has it and track it.
