Would cruise control be a good feature?

I'm thinking: get to your desired altitude and speed, then hit cruise control. Then you could concentrate on the camera. Any fore or aft with the right stick would disengage. I know just practising smoothness is the key, but cruise would be nice at times, imo.

I would think using waypoints would give you the desired effect.

Use apps like Litchi and run missions, you will get what you want.

That is pretty much how RTH behaves. Go past your destination and then do what you want when it is coming back.
I agree though a useful feature.
