I'm fairly new to my p3a, and I'm concerned when I do a decent from 300' or more that if I lower the stick to far down and and don't notice I'm all the way down that motors will shut off. Thoughts on avoiding this?

The motors will not shut off in the air unless you do a CSC. If you're worried about that, then get one of these. However, after you land, holding the left stick in the full down position for 3-5 seconds will shut off the motors.

(I made up the Top 5 thing, it comes up ALOT though)

You can always keep one of these on hand

Just take off from large metal object, don't calibrate, no pre-flight checks, use full sticks up & out when battery is cold, don't insert battery correctly, don't tighten props.. the p3 might come down all by itself - no need for any stick input at all :)
