Won't take pictures

I have no problem taken videos... but when I take a picture it makes the sound that it was taken but when I go to editor there are no pictures saved. Anyone else have this problem and could shed some light on it. Sd card is formatted b4 each flight

Do you see the pictures on the memory card when you remove it from your Phantom and insert it into your computer?

Hmm I always just dump my SD card onto the computer and edit from there I have seen when reviewing photos while the card is in the drone that some are blank but the image is definitely on the card when I put them on my computer
