What is the max wind you fly your phantom in? I don't know what the max speed the phantom 4 flies at in non-sport mode, but tomorrow looks like ~23km/h winds. Is the phantom fine in wind like that?

What about rain - I am sort of assuming none of the electronics are in fact protected, and therefore the phantom should avoid rain/moisture at all costs...?

Rain is bad for Phantoms but 23 km/h wind is no problem for a Phantom.
If you have object avoidance off, your Phantom can travel at 60 km/h
